Doji Business Terms

Effective September 30, 2026 · Version business-terms-20260930-v1. Gavin Fahey, operating Doji from Eagle Mountain, Utah, United States. Contact: support@dojipro.com.

Who may apply

Business onboarding is currently available to United States businesses. The business portal is for people legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to represent the business they identify. When submitting an application and accepting these terms, you confirm that authority and accept these terms on behalf of that business. Do not apply on behalf of another business without permission. These terms do not replace the separate terms for personal use of the Doji member app.

The account form asks you to accept the identified version of these terms before creating your separate business account. Viewing a link alone is not acceptance. The application asks you to confirm your authority and accept the identified version again before submitting for review. The Privacy Notice explains information handling; acknowledging it is not permission for unrelated marketing or a waiver of privacy rights.

What the portal provides

You can create an account, confirm your email, submit business information, respond to requests for changes and view your application status. An approved business can access the approved workspace after completing required security checks. Account creation or email confirmation is not business approval.

Approval does not publish a campaign, promise advertising placement, grant access to member information or mean that Doji endorses your business. Campaign publication, paid features and billing are not enabled in this onboarding release. No purchase or recurring payment is authorized by submitting an application. Any future paid service requires separately presented terms and your agreement before a charge.

We review applications and may request clarification, decline an application or reassess an approval for inaccurate information, lack of authority, misuse, safety concerns or legal obligations. You can contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken. We do not guarantee approval or a particular review time.

Your account and security

Provide accurate information and keep your email and business details current. Use your own business account; do not share credentials. Protect your password and authenticator and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to support@dojipro.com. Multi-factor authentication is required for the approved workspace. Password recovery does not remove an enrolled second factor.

If you lose access, contact support. We may need to verify both your identity and your authority to act for the business. We cannot promise restoration when we cannot establish that authority. Never email a password, authenticator secret or verification code to support.

Information you submit

Submit only information necessary to identify your business and explain its intended use of Doji. You are responsible for having permission to provide it. Do not include customer lists, payment details, government identification, sensitive personal records or another person's private information in application fields.

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You give Doji a limited permission to store, copy and review them, and to use necessary service providers for operating, securing and supporting the application and workspace. This permission does not authorize public advertising, publication of your brand or sale of your materials. Any future public campaign requires a separate authorization.

The Business Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling. Submitted versions, the legal versions acknowledged or accepted, review decisions and relevant security records may be retained as described there; editing a draft does not erase an earlier submitted version.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate a business, submit fraudulent information, attempt to access another account, bypass approval or security controls, scrape private information, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service. Do not use the portal for unlawful activity or submit material that infringes another person's rights.

Availability and account closure

We may limit new applications, email requests or access to protect security and service capacity. Maintenance, provider interruptions and other failures can affect availability. There is no uptime commitment in this onboarding service.

You may request application withdrawal or account closure through support@dojipro.com. Closure is subject to identity and authority checks and does not erase records that must be retained for a justified purpose under the Privacy Notice or applicable law. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. Doji does not guarantee commercial results from an application or approval.

If you have a concern, you can contact support@dojipro.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting support is not a condition of exercising your legal rights and does not extend a legal filing deadline. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, select an exclusive court or set a monetary limit on liability. Applicable law governs rights and remedies not addressed here.

Changes and contact

We will identify the effective date and version of these terms. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented for acceptance before the affected service is used; updating a webpage alone will not be treated as your acceptance of a new paid service.
